This refractory element is used for the formation of a reinforcement lining over the ladle walls to provide excellent protection against molten liquid with extreme temperatures. It also helps to improve the resistance against corrosion and reduces the emission rate of carbon dioxide which results in increased ladle capacity. This refractory element also lowers the conductivity for less heat transfer and energy loss.
