Aluminum Notch Bars are required for removal of surface defects and oxidation skin. These aluminum products have 40 to60 HV hardness level and 1.0 mm abrasive grain. Density of these silver colored bars is 4.1 g/cm3. Design of these Aluminum Notch Bars conforms to JIS, AISI or ASTM norms. Hardness of these bars ranges between 35 HB to 130 HB. Maximum outer diameter of these products is around 800 mm. These have low melting point and are completely corrosion proof.
